fourth of july.

we had a pretty laid back fourth, but it was nice to spend it as a family.  dana came down in the morning and we drove out to Brighton to go on a hike.  the weather was perfect and i loved seeing everyone dressed so patriotically.  (even though i was not.  but later i was.). we watched some soccer and hung out around the house.  we went out to eat a great american meal and went to a hill that over looks the valley to watch fireworks.  we saw so many!  near and far.  finn kept trying to run away from us and he got to stay up pretty late!
