white chicken chili.

 

A few days ago it was a soup kind of night.  I found this recipe on Our Best Bites and it. was. good.  So flavorful!  And SO easy to make.  You're basically just plopping everything in a pot.  You could make it more chili-esque by adding less chicken broth, OR you could make it more soup-esque by adding more chicken broth.  Make it.
